Fees depend on the payout method: Balance - 0%, Crypto - from 1%, Bank Transfer - from 2%, Card - from 3%. The exact commission is always displayed on the Sell page before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises.

Enable Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator for maximum security. Keep your Trade URL private and regenerate it if you suspect it's been compromised. SKINSELL will never ask for your Steam password, API key, or authentication codes.

Scammers may impersonate SKINSELL staff or bots. Remember: we will never ask you to send items without a proper Steam trade offer, never ask for your password or API key, and never contact you first via DM. Always verify trade offers come from our official bots.

A Trade URL is a unique Steam link that lets us send you trade offers. To find yours: open Steam → click your profile name → Settings → Privacy → scroll to "Trade Offers" → click "Create new URL" or copy the existing one. Paste it on the Sell page.

Your Steam inventory must be set to Public. Go to Steam → Profile → Edit Profile → Privacy Settings → set "My inventory" to "Public". Also ensure the items aren't on trade hold, listed on another marketplace, or in a different game tab.

If your skins left your inventory, the trade was successful. Check your order status on the Orders page. Some payout methods take time to process (cards: 1–3 days, bank: 2–5 days). If payment is delayed beyond the expected time, contact support with your Order ID.

During the CS2 trade hold period (up to 7 days), you can cancel from your Steam inventory. Once the hold ends and items are delivered, the trade is final and cannot be reversed. Contact our support team if you need help.

CS2 skins are cosmetic weapon finishes in Counter-Strike 2. Each skin has a rarity tier (Consumer to Covert) and wear condition (Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, Battle-Scarred). Rare skins with good float values can be worth hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

Valve enforces a mandatory trade hold on CS2 items - after you accept a trade, items may be held for up to 7 days before delivery. Your payout is processed once the hold ends and we receive the items. Enable Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator to minimize hold times.

We accept most tradable CS2 skins including weapons, knives, gloves, stickers, and agents. Items must be tradable (not on trade hold) and not listed on other marketplaces. Some extremely low-value items (under $0.03) may not be available for instant sale.
